ryan, i have been trying to locate a winter scene background say trees with backdrop of mountains in the background with beautiful soft falling snow can you help?

I would gladly help you with some of the work, but I can't at the moment because my PC decided not to boot any longer(corrupted some system files). I'm trying to find a way to fix it without doing a "fresh install". As soon as I can fix it, I will be glad to help. :-)

I've basically downloaded millions of themes for my box, and assigned one of your wallpapers to each theme, every day the whole desktop changes appearance (XP), It is absolutely beautiful. I love my set up :P but this would be epic.... Getting some "official"/"endorsed" Digital Blasphemy themes would mean that I don't waste so much time working out which wallpaper works best with all the themes I have.

On my linux box it'd be grand to get some KDE/GNOME, maybe even openbox/blackbox/fluxbox themes too!



My only constructive suggestion, is that for whatever themes the individual artistés produce, they should specifiy a "recommended wallpaper" from the db.com library. I understand that the themes would be free while the wallpapers still require payment, and as such including the wallpaper with the theme package would be a violation of the terms of service for this site. So short of being able to legally include the wallpaper, it would be great if the artist specified a recommended wallpaper for the theme.



Long story short, Great initiative! :) Has my *seal of a approval* for whatever it's worth

well I would show up some great interest in creating themes for any kind of apps, since I have a buch of free time cos of short working hours at my company, but it seems I lack the proper portfolio.



Well, evolving from C64, in the past I got some Photoshop and various other CG experience, then by working in a Design Studio (well, as an accountant) I got the honor to take some basic 3d construction projects too.



I made various private websites for myself since 1998, but I never really finished since the lack of content. The current site is at mx2k.net - I will put up some of my early gfx works (before being accountant and having free time) on my website.

Since I'm a DB member since 2000 or so, I'd feel honored to try to create some app skins based on your work. Let me know in case of being interested.

You might find some folks who'd be interested by creating a group on gnome-look.org ... There's some extremely talented themers that post there.



Creating an account is free, posting is also free, hosting the files is your choice, they have limited space or you can link the download to your site.

I am a web designer that likes making themes for various devices I own(using a lot of your artwork btw :) ). Would you accept submissions from your subscribers. I wouldn't ask for a free membership/renewal or anything because I am sure I wouldn't contribute enough to warrant one, but just to get the themes out there.

Glad to see you're doing something like this. I've set up Windows 7 to rotate through about 15 of your wallpapers, randomly choosing one of those every 15 minutes. Keeps my desktop even more fresh, but still lets me view my favorites. Keep up the excellent work!

I'd love to make a couple Blackberry themes using your artwork. I have one on my Curve 8900 right now with your latest background and another that I've put a number of your Mushroom images.
