I love the simplicity of this one, it's very reminiscent of your older work. The planet's beautiful too, like it's been pastel painted.

This is an instant favourite. I'm a sucker for these moody planetscapes.

Nice job Ryan; love the colours on this one. I actually prefer the first version to 2 or 3. The focus is more on the centre which lets me have icons on the sides without hurting my eyes. Version 2 is nice too but the third is a little busy for my tastes -- all that detail is tough to look at. V1 also reminds me of "Singularity" and its more modern revision.

I'm one of the folks who told you how swell V3 would look. Sorry about that, Ryan. Everyone is right -- too busy and draws focus away from the galaxy. V2 is the best.

The minecraft contest makes me wonder if I could combine this with Arcana somehow...
Anyway, a very beautiful image.

"Amazing play of colour and detailing"
The way the colouring is used to highlight the details, and add that flare to the rest of the main colour(s), this is just spectacular!

"I love it"
I have my wallpaper set to change every half hour(90% of the wallpapers are Ryan's) and I always love it when this one comes around. It's so pretty, can't help but stare at it. The lighting is awesome, I especially love that the clouds are lit up from behind with the bright white light of the sun, but very subtly.

"I love your work - suggestion"
Hey there. I just want to say that I love your work. I have a suggestion for you. Your pictures are an inspiration to me. I'm a musician/composer and I have different backgrounds for different moods. I work on two monitors. One monitor is a Macbook pro (2880X1800) the other is a wide screen (3840 X 1080 (16:9) I try to mix two different backgrounds that match. It would be amazing if you had a spot on your website where you have two different desktops that match... for people, like me who love your work and work on two monitors. It takes me a long time to sift through all of the pictures and find a match.
Just a suggestion.
