This is very evocative. I've seen many rock gardens in Japan. No photo or digital art can do them justice (most of them). However, I second Robert's request to pass this through the 'beast' -- some 10 yrs after it was created. Perhaps then, the digital rock garden would do justice to the real thing. |

Please, please, PLEASE take this one back under the microscope! It would look so incredible and tranquil were it to pass through the beast that is Bucephalus! |

I wish the blur effect could be done at higher quality, aka more realistic or "photo-like". I very much enjoy pictures and images that use Depth of Field. |

This image has always been one of my favorites. Simple, light, and calming. |

This image was rendered with a "Depth of Field" effect so the blurriness in the background is intentional. |

I do notice the difference between 2002 and 2007 resolution wise, a bit blurry in the rear at high res. The detail of the large rock is superb, and the whole picture is just so calming.

I very much like this piece Ryan. The simplicity of the dojo in the background compliments the intricacy of the sand patterns. Good work. |
