I know this one program, it called "World Builder". I can't tell exactly what is the version of it used by Ryan to create this one image, but i like a result) The waves are not the water object here, it's a ground)) Funny, but it is, cause this app cannot create REAL waves)

But it's OK, there was no any other way to do it in 2000, as i think.
