| I'm planning on adding some lightning bolts later on in Photoshop, so I have to add some light sources near the man's hands. These are ambient lights, which mean that they cast light in all directions (as opposed to a spot light). |  |

The man only picks up a little brightness, which is fine. More importantly, the water around him is glowing.
