This page contains my latest renders and works-in-progress. Some projects will be completely new and some may seem familar. As technology improves over the years I like to revisit earlier concepts and see if I can improve them.
My newest work is available only to DB Members. These images are changable for up to a week (maybe two) after I first post them as I fix things and find improvements. Member feedback is important to me so please leave a rating and comment on the images that interest you.

Latest Comment: "My new favorite"While I love almost every piece of art here, this one spoke to me at a deeper level and has now become my all-time favorite. It now graces not only my desktop but I also made a compressed version that Windows 7 will load as a logon screen.
@Jenanne... "But certainly everyone can benefit from a lifetime of Bliss!" I couldn't agree more. I figured that out when I decided to become a lifetime member 3 years ago. Worth every penny! I don't even remember how I found out about DB, but I'm so grateful I did!

Latest Comment: "Tongue(s)?"Ryan, I know you've moved on from this piece, but the dragon in the triple - lower left. My question is ... does it have 2 tongues? One flat round tip (above), and one (under) that is forked. Wicked!

Latest Comment: "Multi?"I too would love to see multiscreen renders of this piece. I would really enjoy multis of many of the Pickle Jar images, but just having the main gallery version would be enough!
Thanks again, Ryan, for your outstanding work!
Cheers,
Nathan Zachary

Latest Comment: "Pure Sweetness"I've been a fan for a long time (lifer for several years now) and this is one of my favorite scenes. It's uncanny how the petals in the trees pick up the light from the lanterns. Fantastic. Keep up the great work!

Latest Comment: "didn't"I like the original better. It is soothing, quiet, peaceful and contemplative. I know much more work went into the 2013 version, but the treatment of the 2006 version has more to do with a peaceful scene and quietly soothing my mind than this one. Some images just strike me as being 'right', Sakura 2006 is one of those.

Latest Comment: "8"I use a dual monitor setup, 3840x1200, and on that width, I think the focal plane needs to be shifted up a little bit because the buildings look too slanted inward at the extreme edges. Too much FishEye effect, and believably falls off.
Sand texture suggests rocks the size of the character's head, as Nathan suggested. It should be much finer.
Currently on my phone and my Dual Monitor setup. Love it.
I've been a life member since the Pleistocene.
